Suggest Remedies For Fever

Question: Hi Doctor, Yesterday we came from XXXXXXX it was a very tiring journey as we walked a lot holding over laptop bags . when we came my wife was not feeling well in afternoon and in evening we checked that she is having 102F fever and today morning she was still having 102 . she just took Crocin (3 rice a day) . Could you please suggest what medicine she needs to take . She is having bodypain aswell.

Thanks for posting a query to HCM,
The fever is due to physical stress.
Give her TAB.HIFENAC P 1 tablet 3 times daily after food for 3 days.
If she is having fever even after 3 days the the blood test should be done to rule out any infections.
