Brief Answer:
Viral infection will settle soon.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
1. Toddler 20 months.
Needs clinical examination to rule out ear nose throat or chest infection.
For time being continue medicines along with plenty of water to keep him hydrated.
Paracetamol or acetaminophen can be given for fever till you see your pediatrician.

2. Infant
Avoid medicines without clinical examination again especially in infant.
Continue breastfeeding and try nasal saline drops to keep the nose clear from secretions.
Acetaminophen or paracetamol can be given in case he develops fever.
Wishing both good health and speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
