Question: This is located in my pubic region was hoping on some insite. I have had ingrown hairs but am wondering if this is something more. Thank you

I understand your concern.

I went through the picture you provided and noted the white dots on your pelvic skin.

They seem fordyce spots, oily glands of the skin. They are benign, and common among young patients as you.
They will fade away on their own by time don't worry.
Look only for signs of infection in the future.
Do not try to pop them out as they can get easily infected.
