Suggest Remedies For Gastric Problem And Dizziness

Question: I am XXXX from XXXXXXX with normal B.P 120/80.Of late i have gastric symptoms and head feels dizzy at times of intense discussions (I am A Marketing person),.whats the remedy

Also i have conducted lipid profile last month and all readings are normal.

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Dizziness can be due to post infection vestibulitis or vestibular neuronitis.
Sometimes migraine headache may also have associated dizziness.

You should continue Naxdom for 5-7 days.
You can add Cinnarizine (Vertin 16 mg thrice daily) for dizziness.
