Suggest Remedies For Headache And Cold

Question: Hello doctor, I am having headache and feeling cold at the same time. Please I need advice

Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Headache and cold symptoms could be because of allergic rhinitis or sinusitis which needs symptomatic treatment usually.

However,I would like to ask some more information about you

1) Do you have sore throat or runny nose or congestion?
2) Do you have coughing?
3) Fever or any other symptoms?

Meanwhile,I would suggest you to try some symptomatic over the counter medications.

1) Take pain killers (like Tylenol or Aleve) for the headache which is available over the counter.

2) Take antihistamines like levocetrizine 10 mg twice daily for cold and if you have runny nose.

3) Steam inhalation with warm salt water gargles if you have cough.
