This GERD can cause coughing due to Aspiration.

no i dont smoke. i sometimes have some mouth infections like sore throat and they seems not be healing because they come up after they might have gone. yes i feel cold because i also have running nose {Cattarrh} every single time. and also feel eyes scratching each time...it worries me alot... please help

i live in nigeria, my weight 70 but slim. haven't been taking any allergies medications. and please also prescribe for my heartburn and coughing tiny balls like worm. am feeling depressed each time my heart burns. i really want all this solved and gain some good body

You should follow these steps for all your symptoms.
1. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
2. Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
3. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
4. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
5. Do steam inhalation and warm water gargles 5-6 times a day.
6. Go for walking after meals.
7. Quit smoking and Alcohol if you have these habits.
8. For heart burn take pantoprazole (prilosec) 40 mg twice daily on empty stomach.
9. For allergy and worm like sputum, take Allegra M (montelukast and fexofenadine) twice daily after light food.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
