Brief Answer:
Hemorroid, avoid constipation, water, vegetables, long standing, see Dr

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

The bump looks more of a hemorrhoid. Treatment shall involve both drugs and life style changes.

In case you are experiencing pains, you could take some pain killers or anti inflammatory drugs.

Drinking lots of water, eating lots of vegetables and avoiding constipating foods is very important. You might also have to avoid the standing position for a long time that could aggravate hemorrhoids.

Medications like venotonics (like Daflon) could be prescribed depending on initial response to treatment.

It might be very important to start life style changes, especially in terms of nutrition and avoiding constipation now.

You might have to see your doctor in case to experience extensive pain , increase in the bump at the anal region or you start bleeding.

I do not think it is an issue for you to be so worried at this stage. With life style changes, pain medication in case of pain, avoidance of constipation, drinking lots of water, eating vegetables and avoiding extensive standing hours could be helpful.

Thanks and kind regards as I wish you the best of health. Please, do feel free asking further questions in case of need. I will be glad to contribute.
