Brief Answer:
Kegel's exercises and pessaries may help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

From your description, I presume you have entered menopause. To get rid of the hot flushes, here are a few tips:

-use loose fitting, preferably, cotton garments
-practice breathing exercises and meditation thrice-a-day for short intervals of 10-30 minutes each
-avoid fried and spicy foods, take plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables and liquids.
-avoid stress
-make your surroundings comfortable

To get rid of the mood swings, you can try one of these-
-surround yourself by good companions
-make yourself busy with your most cherished passion
-do what makes you enjoy most
-educate your kith and kin on ways to encourage you, especially your partner.

To avoid the incontinence and thereby the discomfort, here are a few possible options:
1. Kegel's exercises help to build pelvic floor muscle tone and strengthen support. You should do them as many number of times as possible.
2. Get a proper evaluation by a specialist and if there is any prolapse, plan proper treatment.
3. If you are overweight, management of weight lessens pressure on the pelvic floor.
4. Use of vaginal pessaries can help support the uterus and the vaginal walls.
5. Any infections, also should be looked for and appropriately treated.

Hope I have answered your query. Please feel free to contact for further clarifications. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.
