Hi,
I have uploaded the pictures.
since weather was pleasant from last 2 days,so these rashes have dried up and became black..but these are generally red when they are just emerging.

Brief Answer:
Seems to be pityriasis rosea
Detailed Answer:
Hi
According to your complaints it seems to be pityriasis rosea which is a self limiting viral disease usually associated with sore throat. It usually takes 8-10 weeks to resolve.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take tablet aciclovir 800 mg four times in a day for 7 days and apply mometasone cream on the affected areas twice daily.
Besides this for itching take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
These need to be continued for 4-6 weeks but under the supervision of the doctor.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
