Suggest Remedies For Knee Pain While Playing Golf
Question: Maybe you can suggest treatmen/exercises. Playing golf, having some pain and soreness on the left back side of my knee. It does not appear to be the knee itself but the connective tissue between upper and lower leg. Am left handed so the twisting motion of hitting a golf ball must be the casual agent.

1.what is hot water formentation? Do you mean heat?
2.googled brufen, is this ibuprofen? Found that nsaids do not well for me
3.what is brugel ? It's this a topical version of ibuprofen. This might work.
4.do squats as part of a regular aerobic class I attend. Agree that sitting across leg can be bad. I don't do that anymore.
I thought you would have some exercises I could in corporate to my regular exercise regimen.

1.Hot water fomentation is applying gentle warm water or moist heat to your knee. It can be done by warm water bag or directly putting warm water.
2.brufen is one of the safest,if it is not effective then you can use Etoricoxib or Ultracet.
3.brugel is local applicant you can apply.
4.Avoid sqat. These are not good for you. If you want then you can do walking on soft surfaces. It is safest exercise. You can also do static quadriceps. Putting a towel below knee joint and press it for ten seconds and then relax.

Everything is fine. The pain is due mostly to too much golf and the swinging mothion of hitting a gold ball.
I have been unable to find any pain medication in a cream or rub on form that you suggest.
Plenty of capsicum and/or heat medications but nothing based off of brugel which I assume is a ibuprofen
type of pain reliever.
