Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to pain due to cervical spondylosis.
To treat the pain I recommend using painkillers such as Ibuprofen three times a day.
If the pain continue I recommend prescription painkillers such as Oxycodone.
Physical therapy can also be helpful.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
