I have had this for about 8 hours. No abdominal pain. No fever or chills. Mostly water and a few loose stools. No new meds. No health problems. No bloody or dark and tarry. No oily or frothy in water.

Recommendations
Detailed Answer:
It sounds like you may have a mild gastrointestinal infection, either from something you ate, or touching some surface that someone with this infection previously touched.
I recommend Pepto Bismol. Be aware Pepto Bismol can make stools look dark or grey/black but this is not harmful.
Eat things that are easy to digest and that don't cause diarrhea, such as apple sauce, non-spicy soup, bananas. Rice is binding and can help with diarrhea but given that Pepto Bismol is also, I don't want you to get too bound up and have the reverse problem, so adjust accordingly.
This should get better in 1-5 days.
I hope this information helps.
