Brief Answer:
Need to exclude mild cognitive impairment.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for posting your query.

I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and would try my best to help you.

I have noted your clinical details. Based on that, we need to exclude a diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment (MCI). This requires doing a detailed neuropsychological testing (memory and other brain function tests), followed by CT/MRI scan of brain. Blood tests for vitamin B12 level and thyroid hormone status should also be done.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
