Looks like canker sores.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
It seems like canker sores or the common mouth ulcers.
You should apply Lidocaine gel over the sores.
Take Becosule capsule daily.
Do warm saline gargles.
You can also make a solution of soda-bicarb in water and gargle with it.
Avoid spicy foods.
To reduce dryness in mouth chew sugar-free chewing gum.
Drink plenty of water...
Hope this helps...
Regards.
