Behavioral intervention -- pelvic floor exercise like kegel exercises. You can ask your local doctor about this, they will help you to learn this exercise correctly. Scheduled trips to toilet ( going to void urine every three hours rather than waiting until you feel the urge to urinate) Bladder training involves training yourself to delay voiding when you feel an urge to urinate. You begin with small delays, such as 15 to 30 minutes, and gradually work your way up to urinating every three to four hours.
