Suggest Remedies For Pain In Eye

Question: I work on laptop 10-12hrs daily and using glasses as there is no change in my eye sight numbers but i am experiencing eye pain sometimes on left and sometimes of right very frequently there is no headache through while waking up in the morning every 3-4 days.
Could you please let me know the reason for the same along with the correct line of treatment.

As it appears that there is nothing wrong with your eyes and it is just overstrain.As your working hours are long there is excessive strain on your eyes.What you have to do is to take care of your general health .Eat well,exercise and have proper rest.Along with these measures try to have a break for 5minutes to have some eye exercise.
Continue with these measures,along with multivitamins as supplement.These are long term measures which will keep you fit in the long run.

Sir, kindly advice in case of any eye drop that can help as the pain sustain for at least 5-6 after wake up in the morning, i have sound sleep there is no issue with that.
