Question: when I masturbate my testicle gets so close to my body that it is painful when I ejaculate. my testicle go right up inside of me. is this normal for a man to have e this when he ejaculates

IN the given situation, You seems to be having-Chronic epididymitis-which seems to be mostly caused from untold story of STD-infection in the past.
Comments to reply your specific queries-
When You masturbate, normally with excited arousal state, testicular nerves and vessels in the get engorged from rush of blood in the testes, and the already inflamed and congested testes- from Chronic Epididymitis- gets more tense, which shoots up the pain while ejaculation, which, due to accompanied urethritis and prostatitis, causes more pains during ejaculation.
Testicle are covered by cremasteric muscles, which gets contracted during arousal, which helps in emptying of the sperms and mobility of sperms via sperm duct.
In Chronic epididymitis(as in your case)- as the sperm passage through it is obstructed, the arousal with ejaculation becomes more painful, as it is accompanied with inflamed epididymitis.
