Brief Answer:
An attack of inflammatory bowel disease
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns . inflammatory bowel disease is characterized by having a course of remission and relapses. This means that symptoms occur in intermittent attacks between which you are completely symptom-free. what you are experiencing right now is an attack of inflammatory bowel disease. This should be treated by corticosteroids as solupred 5mg once daily together with an antispasmodic as spasmodigestil tablets three times daily for 2 weeks. you can also use an antidiarrheal as Imodium for the diarrhea .I hope I answered your question.
