What Causes Frequent Urination And Chills?

Hello Dr.,I have a question if the urine examination shows negligible trace of Albumin , the specific gravity is 1030 and there are traces of urobilinogen. This te st is done after a treatment with antibiotic, deflucan , imodium and septrin and streptokin, because I went to the toilet frequently and had irritation that was a sudden case that I never faced before. then after the urine examination, the case became better , but again I went frequently to the toilet and sometimes feel cold , is that an influenza , and what shall I do?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The frequency of urination even after medications indicate residual urinary tract infection most likely. A urine culture report and antibiotic assistance in accordance to that would be a far better choice rather than empiric therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
