Brief Answer:
It seems to be low back ache with muscle strain.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for query.
I saw the message.
You are having Low back ache. It quite common in your age group.
You can go for stretching exercises like reverse extension and apply Sumo spray if pain is persistant.
You can also apply hot pack to relieve muscle strain.
Avoid lifting weights, long travels, sitting and standing for long hours.
If the pain is still persistant, then get an x-ray LS spine and Vit-d levels done.
Get ack to me if any query.

Dr VSK
