Question: i have throat pain, sneezing and running and burning nozenoze from last 20 days. i tried citrazeen and cheston but only temporarily relief.

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having Upper respiratory track infection (URTI) with allergic rhinitis (AR).

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
Antiseptic Mouth Wash twice daily like Betadine ,
Tab Paracetamol twice daily ,
Tab Allegra M once daily till allergy subsides .

You will get relief . You will need to see your doctor to get a prescription .
