Suggest Remedies For Pigmentation Marks On Face, Neck And Chest
Question: Hi Doctor,
This is in continuation to our previous discussion had 2 months back, I have been taking below your prescribed medicines since then to cure my LPP skin disease.
1 Lachesis 10M 1st and 3rd week monday (once in 15 days)
2 Thuja 10M 2nd and 4th week monday (once in 15 days)
3 Berberis Aquifolium Q 20 drops mix with half cup of water three times in day
4 Chlorelum Hydra 200 6 pills once in day
5 Fagopyrum 200 6 pills once in day
I have observed the pigmentation got spread over to my chest 2 weeks back with bit of itching sensation which was not there earlier. Now, I have this pigmentation on face, neck & bit on chest as well. Please refer to the attached photos.
Coming to my Thyroid problem, I have been consuming 50mcg Thyroxin tablets. Two months back TSH was >150. I have got it diagnosed again two days back and now TSH showing as 11.7. T3 & T4 came to normal last month itself. I’m attaching a complete latest blood report for your reference.
Since LPP is still spreading, I request your thorough analysis at this time whether to continue these above medicines for some more time? Or do you recommend any change in this medication? Also please suggest medicine to get rid of itching on these areas and how to lighten the pigmented the skin too.

Regarding the link its entirely depends on you to choose the course of treatment. The only thing is they would prescribe near about same medicine and they will charge big fat amount from you for the same medication.
I have already mention that this would be not very easy to you to get treated. This will take time to get the cured. Reason is many factors are involved for such condition we have to cure all those condition like thyroid level for the final outcome.
After analysis of case I would suggest you next course of treatment.

I will get these new medicines today from store.
how many pills to be taken each time for Lachesis 10M & Thuja 10M? currently I'm taking 6 pills.
On curiosity note and information sake, may I know the reason why we need to stop "Berberis Aquifolium Q"?
on top of these above medicines, do you suggest any cream or lotion to lighten the pigmented skin? or not required?
Since my TSH levels are coming normal with supplemental of thyroxin tablets, do you suggest any homeopathy medicine to cure Thyroid gland if possible?

Berberis Aqui was prescribed to stop itching complain.
Medicine is indicated in case of skin ailment with itching.
But medicine didn't help much to get relief from itching. so medicine was replaced with Sulphur and Arsenic.
Lotion or cream do not give you any relief. so i am not suggesting you any local application for your skin.
Understand this will take some time to get relief.
Homeopathy has good medicine for the treatment of thyroid but I would suggest you to continue the current treatment for thyroid until skin problem is not being cured.
Overload of medication may alter the outcome

There is no harm in continuing Berberis Aqui. But only reason for not doing so , is you are already overloaded the medicine and this is not a good idea add more medicine on the list. There may be change of medicine in upcoming course of treatment.
Medicine 4 is Chlorelum Hydra and medicine 5 is Fagopyrum Esculentum. These are same medicine I have prescribed earlier.
