Suggest Remedies For Pigmentation On Forehead
Question: My face is turning darker day by day due to pigmentation ..Can you pls suggest a cream to get rid of my pigmentation problem majorly on my foreahead

I have seen the attached photograph. Thanks for re attaching the image. I can very well appreciate the pigmentation now.
It appears to be Melasma to me. It is pigmentation of skin mainly on sun exposed areas like face and may extend to involve forearms also.
In such cases, I prefer to advise sun protection using physical barrier and chemical sunscreen. Apply a broad spectrum sunscreen regularly over all the exposed areas every 2-3 hourly till 3-4 pm.
For pigmentation, you may apply depigmenting creams like hydroquinone, Tretinoin, steroid , kojic acid, glycolic acid, Vitamin C containing preparations.
You should visit your doctor in person for prescription. You can share my opinion with him. I hope it helps.
