Is It Safe To Use Kojic Acid After PCA Peeling Of Skin?

hi, appreciate your effort doctor.. I have skin macular amyloidosis very long time, I did PCA Peeling which light the skin around 50% and it stopped being lighter while Im doing my peeling set. then I stopped, now I want to use Kojic acid if it will works with my case. please advice in details what is ok to me. Many Thanks :)

Hello,

I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g either mometasone or triamcinolone acetonide cream. It would work much better than kojic acid in macular amyloidosis.
