Brief Answer:
Furuncles. Oral and topical antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hello. thank you for writing to us.

I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist)
I have gone through your query and I have viewed the images.
You have furunculosis- infection of the hair follicle and surrounding skin and soft tissue. It a bacterial skin infection.
In such cases i usually suggest my patients to apply a topical antibiotic e.g either Mupirocin cream or fusidic acid cream, twice daily. Usually that is sufficient for 1or 2 lesions.
Since you said that you are keep developing new boils every week which is most
likely due to bacterial colonization of the skin in that area, therefore my suggestion would be to also take a course of an oral antibiotic for a week e.g either Cephalexin Or Cefadroxil Or Amoxicillin+ Clavulanic acid.
These oral antibotics are prescription medicines and should be taken under supervision of your local doctor who would chose the most appropriate antibiotic according to the community prevalent antimicrobial sensitivity in your area.
Also use an antibacterial soap for bath e.g Dettol or Savlon soap.

Brief Answer:
Choice & dose of oral antibiotic depends on community prevalent bacteria

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Though the dose and dosing frequency of an oral antibiotic is usually standard for an adult of average body weight but the type of oral antibiotic is guided by antimicrobial culture and sensitivity pattern prevalent in a community and varies from time to time and community to community Therefore your local doctor would know more about the choice of an appropriate oral antibiotic according to the prevalent sensitivity pattern though Cefadroxil works well for skin and soft tissue infections and is a good empirical choice of an oral antibiotic.
Moreover, whenever antibiotics are prescribed they should ideally be given not only in an adequate dose that is inhibitory for the bacteria but also for a full course of 5-7 days in order to avoid partial treatment and development of bacterial resistance.
