
Suggest Remedies For Profuse Sweating And Breathlessness In An Elderly Person

Im 76 year old male with high blood pressure
I'm concerned about my lack of fitness
The slightest bit of exertion leaves me totally breathless and sweating profusely, I have to sit down for a couple of hours afterwards
Today i tried to hoover sitting room , I thought I was going to pass out it took that much out of me and I have had to change my shirt as I'm sweating so much ..
Any ideas please ?
