Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I would request you to upload an image of the affected area. I am looking for redness and signs of inflammation. If present, antibiotic eye drops might need to be given. Please mention if Amoxil Eye drops have been used.
As of now swab the eyes inside outward with cotton swab wetted with lukewarm water.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Needs incision and drainage
Detailed Answer:
I understand. I have checked the attached image. It does not merely seem to be stye. The nasolacrymal duct is involved and requires to be drained. You need to visit an ophthalmologist for the same. I would insist you not to ignore it. Treatment merely with antibiotics will not help.
