Question: I have redness on the penis head and foreskin not total just on the bottom half as well as skin is peeling. I used triple antibacterial cream as well as vitamin A&D cream. It is sensative to touch

I will not send a photo of my Penis over the net if you cannot give me any idea of what it is I will have to attempt to see my doctor it is difficult to get an appointment in one day . Also I have not had any sexual relations with anyone for many years so a sexually transmitted diseases are out

I understand your concerns. However, am a physician who abides by the same oath of confidentiality that every other physician is sworn to. That not withstanding, I can only guess at this point and provide generic measures. I will ultimately suggest that you get an appointment with your trading doctor.
For now,
1. Cleanse daily with an antiseptic such as Iodine solution.
2. Take Tylenol for pain relief.
3. I will suggest that you do not apply any cream to it at this time.
4. Hygiene++++, keep the area always clean, airy and dry to accelerate healing/
5. Plan on seeing your doctor.
