Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and gone through the image you uploaded.
From the description and the image,I can say that it could be a ring worm but honestly I am not 100% sure since the image quality is not so good (a bit blurred).
However, there is another possibility (less likely than ringworm) of eczematous skin which also give same symptoms. So,we should also rule out it by careful examination at the lesion.
So,for a better opinion kindly provide me good quality pictures.

Hello,
Thanks for sharing good quality pictures.
From the pictures,we can that it might a ringworm on legs and hands which needs to be treated with topical anti-fungal application in combination with mild steroids.Take over the counter antihistamines (levo-cetrizine 10 mg) twice daily for itching.
You may see some local doctor or dermatologist who can prescribe you this drugs since they are prescription drug.
Some times, oral anti-fungal dosages (fluconazole) will also be helpful to get rid off infection.
You will have to be careful with your diet for ringworm infection like avoid curd, pickle and other sour food, fermented food, pungent food.
Keep the affected area clean and dry.
Try to avoid itching/scratching since personal hygiene is very important in this case.
There is high chances of transmission of this the fungal infection by direct touch, so avoid contact of the affected area to other members and households until you see regression of the affected area.
Hope this helps.
