Suggest Remedies For Scaly Pimples On The Back Of The Hands

Question: What could these small bumps on the back of my hand be? haven't had them long, a week or so.
Brief Answer:
Need more information regarding skin coloured bumps on dorsum of hand
Detailed Answer:
Hello. thank you.
I zm Dr. Kakkar(Dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have viewed the image.
I can see pin head sized, skin coloured, slightly scaly bumps on the dorsum of hand.
Do you have them on both hands? do you have any symptoms like itching?
I will keep a possibility of either lichen nitidus which is a form of eczema Or they could be a sun induced eczematous eruption - a photolichenoid eruption.
Regards

I don't have any on the other hand, and they don't itch or have any other symptoms.
Brief Answer:
Use a topical steroid and salicylic acid combination ointment
Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid and salicylic acid combination e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% + salicylic acid 3-6% ointment, twice daily for a few days.
