Treatment For Fluid-filled Spots On Legs, Under Breasts, And On Stomach?
Hi I have these pimple like spots that came up on my legs. If you scratch them a little white comes out or a litte bit of watery stuff. It has now started going on my tummy and under boobs. Not itchy but more came when I went to beach this afternoon. Also noticed some on my husband.
Hi there. From your clinical description assuming it is accurate, then the condition you ail from is most likely to be 'Lichen Nitidus' & in your case, probably a condition called a 'lichen nitidus type of PLE (polymorphous light eruption) that is aggravated or precipitated by the ultraviolet light assuming your issues began or worsened by the beach. Please do use a recommended sunscreen at least 20 mts before you step out & reapply each 3-4 hrs at least with re-application every time you wash off or sweat profusely or swim. Alternatively please do visit the nearest dermatologist for further interventions. As it is non-itchy or mildly itchy, an antihistamine may not be required but perhaps a mild peeling agent in the evenings with a built in moisturiser will go a long way in getting yourself rid of this issue quicker. Good Luck & do feel free to upload your photos on this HCM website & you may use the 'premier' portal to directly send it to me should you desire privacy. Cheers! Dr Praveen Rodrigues MD
