Skin allergies depends on each individual, and varies with skin type with allergens.
So prevention is by avoidance of allergen and protect your skin.

Tiredness, exhaustion, or lack of energy is due to muscle fatigue

You may feel mildly fatigued because of overwork, poor sleep, worry, & lack of exercise.

A stressful emotional situation may also cause fatigue. This type of fatigue usually clears up when the stress is relieved.

Avoid the use or abuse of alcohol, caffeine, smoking which can cause fatigue.

You may need to meet your local physicians and get done routine blood test like CBC,blood glucose and also thyroid levels.Variation in any of these can lead to your leg weakness.

For weakness
Take proper rest
Sleep for 8 hrs daily
Drink plenty of water
Have healthy fresh vegetables and fruits, dry fruits.
Take multivitamin tablets and calcium tablets daily atleast for 3 months.
Do regular , simple exercise like walking.
