Suggest Remedies For Severe Body Pain

Over exertion
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
It sounds like your wife over exerted and is exhausted.
I recommend she drink plenty of fluids, especially plenty of water, and not get overheated as it's possible heat exhaustion may be playing a part here.
She should rest as much as possible. A general diet that she is used to, without "junk food" is best. Food that is high in potassium, such as bananas, oranges, and orange juice can be helpful right now. I don't mean she should have a large amount, but she should have some to restore some of the electrolytes she may have lost from exertion or sweating.
Please help her as much as possible with any exertional preparations for the XXXXXXX
She should not return to the gym for a few days - not until she is feeling entirely strong again.
For muscle aches and pains, she can have ibuprofen, taken after eating (so that there is food in the stomach), up to 3 times a day right now. Eating before ibuprofen cuts down on the risk of stomach irritation.
Alternatively, she can take paracetamol (acetaminophen).
Both will reduce pain. Ibuprofen has the advantage of also decreasing inflammation which may be going on too.
I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.

should be able to find ibuprofen in XXXXXXX
Detailed Answer:
Yes, ibuprofen (which is the generic name of the drug) is sold in XXXXXXX I don't know the brand names for it. Are you able to go into a store or drug store and ask the pharmacist/chemist to help you find ibuprofen?
The dosage should be anywhere between 200 mg - 400 mg. I do not recommend exceeding this per dose.
I know that in XXXXXXX some formulations of ibuprofen have other things in it such as paracetamol, and also other NSAID type pain medications. I would not get a combination medication with a lot of other things in it.

1.medicine for throat pain
2.is it necessary to continue the medicne u prescribed.
3.please help it out thanks miss
Question.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
She does not need to continue the ibuprofen if her muscles are now feeling ok.
The throat pain may be from an infection. Does she also have a fever or other symptoms of an infection such as drainage down her throat from her nose or sinuses?
