I currently am not on any blood thinners except a daily Aleve. I don't have any thyroid or diabetes problems. I don't smoke. As I stated before I had a trauma to the forearm with a severe bruise and the bump appeared at the epicenter of the bruise a day or so after much of the tenderness and bruising dissipated.

Hello,
I think your blood clot is getting organise so it is appearing like a lump. It is not a disease but normal healing process. You do not need to be worried about this. I have following suggestions for you.
1.hot water fomentation will help in dissolving this blood.
2.compression bandage is also helpful.
3.do not do any needle aspiration or massage. It is too thick blood to be removed by needle.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if their is any other followup questions.
Thanks
