Hello again.

Based on your description, it appears to be Atrophic rhinitis which is characterized by progressive atrophy of the nasal mucosa along with the turbinate bones. Viscid secretion with foul smelling crusts are also formed. Though the patient himself is unaware of the foul smell.
The following conservative management options should be used before going for invasive surgical treatment.
Nasal douching twice a day ,removal of crusts by forceps or suction.
25% glucose in glycerin drops application in the nasal cavity
oestradiol dipropionate can be used as a treatment option
Potassium iodide to increase nasal secretion is also used
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
