Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
I carefully passed through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to heart failure.
You should know that coronary artery disease can damage the myocardial cells, causing a decrease in the contraction force of the heart, leading to heart failure.
For this reason, I would recommend performing a cardiac ultrasound to examine your heart function and structure and NT-Pro BNP to rule in/out possible heart failure.
Regarding Adderal, you should know that it is not the best treatment choice in your situation. It is contraindicated in your situation, as it can exacerbate coronary artery disease and trigger a possible acute coronary syndrome.
Instead, I would recommend discussing with your doctor on the possibility of optimizing your actual therapy for heart failure (add and ACEI, diuretics, etc.).
You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.
Hope to have been helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
