Suggest Remedies For Severe Itching, Irritation, Red Spots And Pain In Vagina

Question: My 8 year old daughters vagina is extremely irritated and itches really bad. It has red dots around it and it really painful. I have tried yeast infection cream, sitz baths, hydrocortizone anti-itch cream, and I just sprayed on "Protective Barrier Spray With Pain Relief." When I sprayed that on her vagina she began to cry and said that it really hurt. The outside of the vagina looks really red and irritated. This has been going on for 2 weeks. Beyond Sad and Frustrated. My older girls have suffered w/yeast infections before, but they cleared up right away with Vagisil Cream. Please Help

I have seen the attached pictures and in my opinion you need to use vwash perineal hygiene liquid daily and a vaginal swab culture for her before starting any other things.
It is very common in premenarchial girls but a target oriented approach is always better.
