Brief Answer:
Looks like Seborrhoeic Dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it looks like Seborrhoeic Dermatitis.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to use ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly and apply lotion containing beclomethasone and clotrimazole on the affected areas of the scalp twice daily.
Besides this I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily at bedtime.
You will start noticing improvement in few days and then you can taper off the lotion but you need to continue with the shampoo as it is a chronic disease and takes a long time to be under control.
