What Are The Side Effects Of Topisal Lotion And Kenith Shampoo?

i am having dandruff problem in my head for long years and also itching in my head.so i consulted the skin doctor.He advised me to apply TOPISAL-3% lotion.He asked me to apply four or five drops in the head during night. And also he advised me to use kenith(2%Ketoconazole lotion) shampoo twice a week for four weeks. Whether it creates any side effects or any gray air will come?

Topisal 3% lotion is a combination medication of clobetasol and salicylic acid which is used to treat eczema, dandruff, psoriasis etc and to provide relief from redness, swelling, itching etc; to remove dead skin and to soften the skin. Side effects of Topisal 3% lotion are skin peeling, thinning of skin, application site reactions like burning, irritation, itching, redness etc; changes in colour and texture of skin, rash, headache, dry skin, hair loss, allergic reactions etc.

Kenith (2% ketoconazole lotion) shampoo is an antifungal medication that is used to treat and prevent dandruff, tinea versicolor, dry greasy scaling of the scalp or seborrheic dermatitis. Its side effects are rash, dry or scaly skin, inflammation of skin, application site reactions like redness, itching, burning etc; mild skin itching, abnormal hair texture, hives, discoloration of hair, scalp pustules, headache etc.
