Question: I am having severe pain iny lower abdomen for the XXXXXXX one month.today after my pelvic scan the dic is saying is that I have endometriosis.how serious is the disease?what should be the treatment

There is a small cyst which may be endometriosis.
It is not at all severe, just very minor .
You should take oral contraceptive pills for 3 months and then get repeat pelvic scan done.
