Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Age related arthralgias and articular degeneration are common. Yoru shoulder arthritis not responding to aleve and tylenol , dose can be increased or other NSAIDs can be tried. If pain is very severe cortisone injections, lubricant injections and bone re alignment can be considered. PHysiotherapy, occupational therapy is mandatory to keep the range of mobility. Glucosamine, chondroitin , avocado and soya beans unsaponifiable oils have been helpful as home remedies for joint pains. Keep exercising and try not to gain weight as it will worsen it.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
