Intense pain in anal region is because of fissure and.or thrombosed external pile
Are you constipated ?
How long have you had these symptoms ?

Brief Answer:
Seems a thrombosed external pile
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the information
It seems you have a thrombosed external pile
It will be treated conservatively till the acute phase subsides but eventually end up in surgery someday
Try Sitz bath twice a day
Liq Lactulose 15ml twice a day
Tab Zymoflam D three times a day
DO not strain a lot during defecation
Hope this helps
Do write back in case of concern

Brief Answer:
Many Options
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your followup
You may change the analgesic to Contramol if Diclo is not suitable
Regarding Starr etc I would suggest you see your surgeon as we offer different procedures after examining the patient and considering the merits of the case, though if it comes to me I am comfortable with Hemorrhoidal Artery Ligation and RectoAnal Repair in any case
Hope this clears your doubts
Wishing you a healthy life ahead
