You are having tinnitis..as the duration is just to days..please tell me any history of trauma or loud sound exposure or any history of recent cold
Acute ringing should be investigated
Please get an audiometry done
For now just avoid any XXXXXXX or ear phones usage or a very loud sound exposure
take tablet cinnarizine 25 twice daily
capsule vitamin b12 once daily
medicines will be available only on prescription
