Suggest Remedies For Skin Rashes On The Legs

Question: I am getting a weird skin rash on my legs, can't be sure if it's an insect bite or some allergy. They are red, boil like and burns when touched

It might be insect bite.
Apply a mild steroid cream like cortisone.
A photograph would have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.
