Suggest Remedies For Sleeplessness
I can't sleep. I don't know why. This problem has been there since a while. Sometimes digestive tablets help me sleep, sometimes blood sugar control herbs help me sleep , sometimes anti inflammatory aids help me sleep, sometimes fever tablets help me sleep. I have been juggling them to get sleep. There is no permanent remedy. One thing I notice frequently is my heart beat rate is high the days when I don't sleep. I feel like I ll die due to this day by day not sleeping , I can never be cured. I don't want to die, can anyone cure me. Is there any surgery I can do to make me sleep. I don't want to take pills. Please help me.
Please get the medical help

I m not stressed, I have a baby and I m very happy . I just get stressed if I don't sleep till 4 am because I have to take care of the baby next day and with no sleep it becomes very difficult. Only my husband stays with me and he has to work , so he has to sleep. It's becoming very very difficult. I was perfectly fine till I was breastfeeding, I don't know what happened after that, is it the hormones, I have pcos, could it be hormones, could it be blood sugar as my father has got severe diabetes and me being pcos I could have sugar issues, could it be blood circulation as my blood clots a lot but I have never been diagnosed with blood clotting disorder as I drink 4 liters of water per day, I maintain sleep hygiene, I exercise everyday, I eat early and go to bed by 8. Hi again
Usually nearly all women have sleeping disorders in the period after birth and after especially in the first year.
In this situation you can not take sleeping pills only when it is a specialists proved them to you.
In my opinion if the situation is severe as you explain if you were my patient i would recommend you to talk with a specialist (neuropsychiatrist ) who probably will examine you further to discover the cause of insomnia with head MRI firstly (if needed)
I do not think that this situation is connected with blood sugar levels but it might be related with the dis balance of the hormones levels. With the treatment of the pcos itself as a consequence will be treated the hormones too.

Is there any device or technique like a electro magnetic head gear sort of thing that actually increases melatonin levels. I have read somewhere about it. What does high heart rate mean, sometimes I m sleepy but can't sleep due to high heart rate. Well I have pcos and have thought may be my hormones are keeping me up, do you think birth control pills will help. I just want to end my sleeping disorder, so i m desperately trying to find the cause.
Thank you
There is no device or technique to help sleeping
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
To my knowledge no there is not any device or technique.I do not recommend to use them.
All that is spoken is only for commercial purpose and they are not approved and there are not studies to support their medical use.
You can try Linistress duo a combination of melatonin hormone and herbal supplements. If you are breastfeeding you cannot use it.
BUT please consult doctor for the above
High heart rate means that the frequency of the heart beat is high .
Yes i agree that birth control pills may help in this situation.
It will pass soon do not worry so much
