Suggest Remedies For Smelly Loose Stool In A Child
Question: My 22month old daughter has had very runny poop for three days, which has a fishy smell. She has been eating and drinking the same (she has never been a big eater) and hasn't complained of any stomach aches. I thought it could have been teething, but should it have such a strong fish odour?
