Hi,

It would have been good if you had specified duration of your illness (symptoms) and if you have other symptoms like fever, sore throat, etc.

In this context based on your details provided, I will suggest you stat antihistamine like tab cetrizine 10mg once at night and tab dolo 650mg three times a day. Continue steam inhalation 3-4 times a day.
