Dear Sir

I assume you are referring to swollen lymph node glands in the neck . Infectious Mononucleosis is majority of times associated wth other symptoms like sore throat , fever along with associated swollen lymph node glands. The swollen nodes could be due to many other causes like poor dental hygiene , gingivitis, dental carries with infection of pulp space, apart from non specific enlargement . If the nodes are small and non painful to touch than there seems to be no cause for concern.

Exact cause will however depend on thorough clinical examination.
