Suggest Remedies For Tailbone Pain

Pysiotherapy will be helpful.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Coccydynia can be managed by physiotherapy. Urology problems like one with prostate should be ruled out. Ultrasound examination and PSA test will be helpful to rule out this.
A consultation with orthopedician and imaging like MRI will be helpful to asses the problem correctly. If coccyx is misaligned then it should be manipulated manually in place. Physiotherapy like massage , ultrasound therapy and TENS is helpful also. Using doughnut pillows while sitting is helpful to minimise pain. Avoid constipation by using stool softeners. Not habit forming stool softeners like softovac ( ayurvedic proprietary product) can be used for this.
If these are not helping then local corticosteroid injections , nerve blocks and antidepressants will be helpful. In case of severe pain and discomfort surgical measures like coccygectomy also performed.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
Feeling mild pain most of the time in the anus, sometimes mild pain in urination, also feeling pain at the time of ejaculation..checked with Urlogist not looks like any urology problem. Sir one thing required clarification is it possible to pain in anus area in most of the time due to prostate proble !!
later checked with Gastro Dr as per him, got operated for pilonidal around 1994 may have impact of that (may be Coccydynia) ..Sir am confused with whom to contact for cure and kindly advice if any tests required then with reports i can consult you. Old reports are uploaded for your kind review. Grateful with your earlier advice. Regards
Pilonidal sinus can recurr also.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow up query.
I have gone through your reports.
Pilonidal sinus problems can recur again after surgery. Prostate problems doesn't give much anal pain . If ultrasound and PSA shows prostate is benign then your problem is not likely from prostate. You should again get a consultation with gastro enterologist to rule out problems with pilonidal sinus and to rule out any internal problems. Digital anal examination followed by proctoscopy might be needed in such case.
If all those are clear then you can get it treated as coccydynia by an orthopedician.

Really encouraged with your advice, also hopeful with on line diagnosis.
As per your advice checked with gastro enterologist, his observations mentioned below.
As I have gone through Pilonidal surgery, he told me may be one of the vain has cut in the due procedure for which this problem arised.
Also have asked Dr why it was not there earlier (as operation done in 1994).. he told with age it’s effect will be there. As per Dr,There was no requirement of physical examination as there is no abnormality with stool or no symptom of blood at the time of defecation. May be symptom of coccydynia..
Sir advised medication:
1) Morning 6 am – one Rabium-20 for 10 days
2) Morning 11 am – one Imubless for 15 days
3) Sitz bath 2 times
4) One cup Horlicks with milk
Sir , kindly advise further with the above diagnosis or need to do any further checkup, as per him it looks like one vain has been cut.
So your further advice will be helpful for me.

A consultation with orthopaedician also should be done.

Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow up query.
Follow this advise of gastro enterologist. If he asked for a follow up do that also. A consultation with orthopedician also should be done. X ray examination and MRI of sacro coccygeal area might be required. This will help to rule out problems relating to coccyx.
