Thank you for the query.

Before making any diagnosis I would like to know few details.
Since when do you have this problem?
Is there any swelling near/ around throat?
Was there history of injury while eating/ drinking?
If there is no such history and pain started sudddenly, it could e pharyngitis.
I would suggest you to get an antibiotic like Azithromycin 500mg, 1 tablet daily for 3 days.
If symptoms still persists, you should consult ENT specialist for detailed examination.
